Aaron B. Bath is the U.S. Vice President of Litigation Support & Legal Operations at Balfour Beatty, a global infrastructure leader headquartered in London. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudential Studies and Philosophy from Southern Methodist University and completed graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at MIT. He is currently a second-year law student at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, where he earned top oral argument honors in his section and was selected to represent the school in the Emory National Civil Rights & Liberties Moot Court Competition. He has over 25 years of complex commercial litigation experience and more than 100 trials to his name. Earlier in his career, he served as National Director of Litigation at Copart and as a managing senior paralegal focusing on complex commercial litigation at Bickel & Brewer. He has served as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University since 2018, teaching legal technology, eDiscovery, and litigation management.
