SESSION 3 – Ethical Considerations for Drafting, Executing, and Maintaining Trusts | 3:20pm – 4:20pm

This session explores the ethical duties of estate planning practitioners throughout the trust drafting and funding process, covering Rules 1.1, 1.3, 1.7, 1.8(c), 1.14, and 5.5, supplemental transfer documents, asset funding compliance, and ongoing trust maintenance obligations.
