Storytelling makes the human world go round. And probably has since the beginning of time. We learn and are entertained by stories. We read them in books, listen to them in podcasts, and watch them on our electronic devices. In trials, competing stories play out. The challenge is to present the winning narrative. The one that is most believable and compelling. The one that is most persuasive and rings true. Using storytelling concepts in trial helps hold the attention of the audience. They are essential to help frame the issues and evidence for the fact finder.

She has tried sensational cases including a wrongful death by murder case that was the subject of a TV crime show. And she has handled cases that have changed State Law such as Ethel Adams v. Farmers, where the insurer denied a UIM claim to a bystander victim of road rage resulting in the legislature passing the Ethel Adams Act prohibiting such denials.
