Jason Caskey | Kutak Rock LLP

Jason Caskey is a partner in Kutak Rock LLP’s Technology Transactions practice group in Omaha, Nebraska, where he concentrates on intellectual property protection, technology law, commercial transactions, copyrights, technology development and related transactions. With experience leading an in-house legal team and as a litigator, he keeps a pragmatic and practical focus on assisting his clients to close deals while minimizing applicable legal, business and economic risks. Prior to his legal career, Jason worked in marketing communications and business development for tech companies and nonprofits. Jason received his J.D. (Order of the Barristers) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and holds a B.A. in Communication from Santa Clara University. When not lawyering, Jason is an active runner and enjoys playing loud rock music with his band The Fight Dirties, but mostly likely would be found transporting one of his four children to dance training, sports practice, music lessons or Scouting events.

As Program Chair and Professor in the MBA Program for The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University, he designed and delivered MBA programs in leadership, entrepreneurship, finance, and innovation specifically for experienced executives.
